Arthroscopy SURGERY Arthroscopy or Key hole surgery is a minimally invasive surgery where insides of a joint can be visualised. It is done using a specialized instrument called Arthroscope which is introduced into the joint and connected to Video camera which gives a magnified image in high resolution. Arthroscopy can be done both as a diagnostic tool as well as therapeutic measure to treat the pathology.
